  • Spring macaron night

Ease into spring with something sweet!

Join Mielou at Anderson Market for a hands-on macaron class inspired by the season's fresh, delicate flavors. This time, we're focusing on filling spring petit four–style macarons—light, elegant, and perfectly bite-sized.

You'll learn how to transform macaron shells into beautiful, bakery-worthy petits fours. Whether you're coming with friends or treating yourself midweek, it's the perfect blend of learning, sipping, and indulging.

You'll leave with your own filled macarons—boxed up and ready to impress (or enjoy on the way home).

  • Pasta 2.0 Workshop

Join Bee’s Pasta & Co. at Anderson Market for a Pasta 2.0 Workshop!

Take your pasta skills to the next level in this hands-on workshop designed for those ready to go beyond the basics.

We’ll dive into the art of hand-rolled pasta, shaping lorighittas—a traditional Sardinian pasta meaning “small rings,” known for its intricate, braided form.

We’ll then return to our egg dough and transform it into perfectly hand-cut fettuccine, focusing on technique, texture, and consistency.

Each guest will leave with multiple servings of fresh pasta to enjoy at home, along with the confidence and skills to continue their pasta-making journey.

Snacks and a house-made pasta dish will be served during class.
