These terms apply to andersonmkt.com and the online ordering, ticketing, event inquiry, and text messaging services of Anderson Market, operated by Anderson Concessions, LLC ("Anderson Market," "we," "us"), 200 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701. By using them, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

Program. Anderson Market Events sends text messages from (732) 756-1803 to guests who opt in, about their private event or catering inquiry and booking: replies from our events team, proposals and agreements, deposit and payment reminders, event reminders, and follow-ups.

How you opt in. By checking the text message box on our event inquiry form, or by texting (732) 756-1803 first, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and event.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP for help, call (732) 756-1803, or email events@culturehg.com

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Orders, tickets, and events

Prices, menus, and availability can change without notice. Online orders and tickets are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Private events and catering are governed by the signed proposal or event agreement for that booking, which controls if it differs from these terms. Guests must be 21 or older with valid ID to be served alcohol.

Use of our website

Content on this site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Anderson Market or its partners and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
